1. Overview

By registering for the ATM Network Partner Program (“Program”), you (“Partner”) agree to the terms outlined herein. These terms govern any and all business engagements, referrals, or service opportunities originating from leads provided to you by ATM Network. Participation in the Program constitutes a binding business agreement enforceable under applicable contract law.

2. Scope of Agreement

• This Program is a referral-based commission arrangement between ATM Network and the Partner.
• Partners may receive leads from ATM Network for ATM placements, ATM sales, repairs, installations, vault cash loading, or other ATM-related services.
• Upon acting on a referred lead, Partner agrees to abide by the commission terms in Section 3.
• Partner must notify ATM Network promptly upon contact, sale, or engagement with a referred lead.

3. Commission Structure

The following commission structure applies unless otherwise agreed in writing before engagement:

• Free ATM Placements (Revenue Share): 14% of the surcharge per withdrawal.
• $2.00 surcharge → $0.30 owed
• $3.50 surcharge → $0.50 owed
• (Rounded to the nearest $0.05)
• ATM Equipment Sales: 10% of the total sale price.
  Example: $2,500 ATM sale → $250 owed
• Cash Vaulting Services: $0.10 per withdrawal flat rate.
• ATM Services (Install, Repair, Maintenance): 10% of the total service fee.
  Example: $400 install → $40 owed

4. Flexibility of Terms

ATM Network may agree to modified commission percentages on a case-by-case basis. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing (e.g., via email or signed agreement) before the referred lead is engaged or a transaction occurs. Verbal or post-sale modifications will not be honored.

5. Required Service Agreement Upload

For any referred lead that may result in an ATM placement, service agreement, installation, or repair, the Partner must provide their own written service contract or agreement.

• Partners are required to upload or email their agreement (PDF format) to ATM Network prior to the engagement being finalized.
• ATM Network will then facilitate the e-signature process between the Partner and the business location using our secure electronic signing system.
• This ensures a formal, timestamped agreement exists between the business and the service provider for every referred opportunity.
• A fully executed copy will be retained for compliance purposes and also sent to both parties.

This process ensures full transparency, eliminates misunderstandings, and creates a clear record of each transaction.

6. Payment Terms

• Commissions are due within 15 business days of client payment or service completion.
• ATM placements must run on a specified processor (e.g., PAI) where required, to enable revenue sharing.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Zelle (Preferred – No fees)

  Request routing/account details directly.
• Venmo Business (@YourBusinessHandle)
• PayPal Business ([Insert your PayPal email])

Fee Policy: Partners are responsible for covering all transaction/processing fees for non-Zelle payments. If using PayPal or Venmo, partners must add the appropriate amount to ensure ATM Network receives the full amount due. Example: If $250 is owed via PayPal, Partner must send approximately $259 to cover PayPal fees.

7. Breach of Agreement

Failure to disclose lead activity, remit commission, or comply with reporting obligations constitutes a material breach. ATM Network reserves the right to:

• Terminate the Partner's access to the Program
• Seek full payment for all commissions due
• Pursue legal remedies including civil litigation and/or Small Claims Court
• Recover legal fees, court costs, and interest on unpaid commissions

8. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Partner waives any objections to jurisdiction and venue in this location.

9. Acknowledgment

By registering and participating in the ATM Network Partner Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above, including the commission structure, payment procedures, contract upload requirements, and legal enforcement provisions.
